Deana has been The Watchman Group’s operations manager since inception of the firm in 2004. In fact, many of her relationships predate the firm from her time spent at the prior CPA practice that Mark worked alongside for many years. She is the heart and soul of our office and our long-time clients know her well. Today, her responsibilities include compliance, client service, reporting and overall office management.

Deana has worked in small business accounting, portfolio management, and operations roles for over 30 years. Originally from Georgia, She moved to Texas in 1988 and now lives in Plano with her husband. Her interests include reading and genealogy research.
