Jo Ann joined The Watchman Group in 2021 as a Senior Client Associate. Prior to the Watchman Group, Jo Ann worked for RGT Wealth Advisors serving high net worth individuals and families. Many of the long-standing client relationships dated back to her days at SCM Advisors before it merged with RGT. Jo Ann has years of client facing experience and also involvement in back office operations. She is adding value at the Watchman Group passionately serving our clients and our team.

Jo Ann also has a background in the legal field having worked at Carrington, Coleman law firm in Dallas before opening and supporting a solo practitioner who specialized in Estate Planning and Probate.

Jo Ann earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas as a scholarship athlete competing nationally in track and cross-country running. On a personal note, Jo Ann has given back to her community by serving in her church for many years as a devoted small group leader to fifth grade girls. These days, she spends all her spare time playing with her grandbabies, planting in her flower gardens or practicing yoga at a Plano studio. She lives in Plano with her husband.
