Michelle joined The Watchman Group in 2025 to support the continued growth of the firm and help ensure the office operates seamlessly while delivering exceptional service to our clients. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, she brings a strong background in service and leadership. Michelle is passionate about understanding others’ needs and creating organized, efficient, and positive experiences for both clients and colleagues.

Michelle lives in Plano with her husband, where they raised their son and daughter. They enjoy daily walks together, and remain deeply rooted to Ocean City, Maryland, returning whenever possible. A fun fact is that Michelle has visited over 37 National Parks and Monuments with her family, which includes a highlight in Zion National Park, camping under the majestic Watchman mountain summit. Raising her children has been life’s greatest gift, and she now brings her desire to be a steady, guiding light for others to The Watchman Group.
